I recently had the opprotunity to serve as an Assistant Scoutmaster for the Mountaineer Area Council’s contingent to shakedown the Summit’s plans and facilities for the 2013 National Jamboree. This is one of the largest single site non-profit projects in the world right now, and the impact to the state, region, country, and the world is immeasurable at the moment. The positive impacts on our youth will be felt long into the future. I highly encourage all to support scouting programs any way they can!
